Satisfaction, self-confidence and self-acceptance are a precious commodity these days. I call this precious, because it turns out not to be obvious! We humans, but mostly women, are not always happy with what we have been created!

Prosperity, cosmetics, media, the necessary competition, rivalry, jealousy and envy among women are also to blame for this! It is believed that beauty can only be shown on the outside! Unfortunately, this phenomenon has created a distorted picture!

Natural beauty comes from within and not from the outside!

The confusion has arisen because one has never seen oneself within. People have only been concerned with the outside and they struggled, among other things, with a negative self-image. This has been the case for generations. One has forgotten, or does not think at all, what is really important and what one really needs!

This is not surprising; the woman in question has never learned to see this and believes that she must assert her beauty from the outside! Among themselves, between women, but certainly also towards the men! It is nice when both are satisfied with the external care; in extreme cases, the woman is shown off, but that can also happen mutually!

Insecurity, rivalry, competition, jealousy and envy are virtues that, among other things, create unrest, non-acceptance and disharmony between the women and the male/female relationship. One forgets to see what real, inner beauty means!

Inner beauty includes many qualities, such as a natural, calm appearance. An appearance without false importance, so harmless to the person and to the other!

Learn to see the qualities in yourself, I would say. The outer is then no longer so relevant, or no longer so necessary! Care is needed both internally and externally! Be yourself and the uncertainty will disappear!

This is also one of the many insights that emerge during our guidance. Not only improve and take care of the outer, but certainly also the inner! The poem below speaks for itself, I would say!

Beauty comes from within.

When the first wrinkles came

I was quite panicked.

I had my face lifted

in an expensive clinic.

My husband loved it

my face was elastic again.

Nothing no wrinkles, nothing no folds,

as smooth as getting married with us.

Until a friend told me: "It's crazy,

your head no longer fits your neck.”

A small intervention, they pull everything tight;

a slice here or you get a bag there.

My husband is happy again

about what they did to me.

But the surgeon still had my breasts in his stomach,

because they were way too low.

Once hoisted up, they seemed too small,

but with silicone they were allowed to be there again.

Now I saw my husband on fire…

because I had such prams.

One night after making love,

he looked pensively at my thighs.

Although he was not critical,

I went back to the clinic.

And after some deliberation,

they sucked away fat on belly and buttocks.

My husband no longer felt comfortable next to me.

In the street boys shouted: "Are you going nice old fart?"

He then bought a toupee and a tight corset.

Went for a walk and a trim

and exercise in a fitness center.

And for months he followed a rigorous diet.

Until he just died!

Well, there I was in the graveyard

beautiful on the grave.

But now that he can't see me

the niceness is gone.

Ladies let me tell you this…

with all the smoothed sheets.

Cherish belly and double chins…

Real beauty comes from within.
